The Sophos AI team is using state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) models to detect phishing and BEC emails, and help users and analysts diagnose the model’s performance in real time. This video demo shows how our new NLP-powered CATBERT model can be used to assess the risk of an email, and point out key words and phrases that might be indicators of bad intent.
